Property for rent in Serbia
Last year in Serbia the average rental price for a property for rent fell by 4%. This drop in prices was felt throughout the country with the exception of the capital Belgrade where prices vary greatly depending on the neighbourhood you choose to find a property for rent.
It goes from an average of € 390 per month in Barajevo to € 1800 in the Savski Venac area and it goes to € 1700 per month for a property for rent in the old town.
In Belgrade the population continues to increase and proportionally the demand for properties for rent in Serbia increases, above all the slice of luxury that attracts Chinese, English but also American investors.
If we analyze the various areas of the capital, one of the districts where the properties for rent are interesting is Doŕcol, a neighbourhood of the Jewish community rich in cafes and restaurants and ideal for both families and young people.
New Belgrade is the most populous area of the capital, offering many properties for rent especially in high-rise buildings.
Vračar is the smallest neighbourhood in Belgrade, the best where to rent properties in Serbia especially for the value for money.
Do not forget Kosančićev Venac and Dedinje, the first one is one of the oldest neighbourhoods, but the most fascinating, the second one is the district of diplomats and businessmen.
